EquidGel^® Sample Pack

The EquidGel Sample Pack contains 2 x 100g bags of EquidGel and 2 x 130g bag of EquidGrass free of charge (£5.00 postage & packaging each).

What it is and what it does?

EquidGel^® provides a simultaneous nutrition and hydration delivery system to equines, ruminants and mono-gastric animals in the form of a completely natural, 85% fibre based liquid feed. It has been formulated to be fed alongside good quality forage (hay/haylage or grass) and replace the ‘typical’ daily grain feed. EquidGel works in synergy with the natural processes of the digestive system, providing an excellent source of slow release energy, the high levels of Omega 3 supports anti-inflammatory processes, promotes good body condition, provides glycogen sparing qualities and supports the joints. The water holding properties allows hyper hydration, an increase in hindgut hydration levels and hydrated flexible hoof quality. It has a complete vitamin and mineral profile (including Phosphorus/calcium ratio), a complete amino acid profile, the correct Omega 3 : Omega 6 ratio and can deliver up to 10 ltrs of fluid in one serving containing high fibre, low starch nutrition in a free flowing liquid solution. For the fussier horses or if you are wanting to provide a ‘chewy’ yet hydrating feed EquidGrass or EquidChop can be added to EquidGel. EquidGel is based on very nutritious Alfalfa which appeals to the horses natural instinct to forage making it very palatable. This has benefits for horses who are prone to Gastric Ulcers as it is pH neutral and forms a fibre mat within the stomach to help buffer the acid and prevent acid burn. The feed provides a pH neutral, high structural fibre nutrition allows excellent gastrointestinal function, promotes calm, focused behaviour allowing horses to perform in a healthier more natural way.

Who can use it and when?
