There is a standard delivery (postage and packing) charge of £9.00 for EquidGel, LamiGel, EnduroGel, EquidChop, EquidGrass and LamiChop with a maximum weight for each parcel up to 20kg.

Individual items such as samples and Hi-Drate state P&P at point of order.

Please note that some items are distributed from other depots therefore they cannot be sent together.

Please ensure you are satisfied with the cost of P&P before placing your order.

Delivery is usually by DHL or Royal Mail, but this is not guaranteed. Delivery of goods in stock is normally within 1 to 3 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days, especially in busy seasonal periods such as Christmas. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery.

All consignments are to be signed for unless otherwise requested in writing. If a consignment has been requested to be ‘left in a safe place’ by the recipient, then the recipient takes full responsibility for the items left. Equidiet (UK) Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items if it has not been signed for.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defected, please take photographic evidence prior to signing for your package and email info@equidiet.org.uk. Without this photographic evidence Equidiet (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible for the damaged item and will not exchange or refund the item.
